Privacy is not a setting. It is how the product is built.
ImboniAI is local-first by design. Intelligence runs on your PC — not our servers. There is no central video pipeline and no subscription dashboard watching your cameras for you.
Your data stays on your machine
Video, face profiles, events, and reports are stored on your PC. We do not operate servers that receive your camera footage — so we cannot access it, even if we wanted to.
No tracking by default
The app does not send usage analytics or crash reports to us. It only uses the internet for features you turn on — such as downloading intelligence updates, Telegram or email alerts, webhooks, or backup to storage you control.
Face data
People you enrol are remembered as secure on-device profiles, not as photos sitting in a cloud database. That information stays on your computer unless you choose to back it up yourself.
Optional backup
If you enable cloud backup, snapshots and reports go directly to storage you provide. ImboniAI never holds the keys to that storage.
